No, there is nothing in hemp nor in anibidiol® that could give the pet a hallucinogenic experience.

Should the pet take anibidiol® daily?

Yes, anibidiol® is designed as a regularly administered food supplement. It is recommended that pets take the products daily at roughly the same time preferably in the mornings.

What is the shelf life for anibidiol® 2.5 relax and anibidiol® 8 plus?

anibidiol® granules have been manufactured to standards which allow it to be used up to three years after its manufacturing date if stored correctly.

What is the shelf life for anibidiol® oil 500?

anibidiol®  oil has been manufactured to standards which allow it to be used up to two years after its manufacturing date if stored correctly.

How long does a serving of anibidiol® 2.5 relax and anibidiol® 8 plus last?

We recommend for maximum efficacy that each serving should be used as soon as the sachet is opened. However, if the sachet is rolled up, sealed and stored correctly the product should remain viable for 24 hours.

Dosing and Restrictions

What are the directions of use?

anibidiol® is administered orally, whether owners chose to mix it with their pet’s food or simply allow them to lick it out of their hand. For an optimal result, pet owners should give anibidiol® once a day preferably in the morning to achieve the full loading effect.

What is the recommended serving size for anibidiol® 2.5 relax and anibidiol® 8 plus ?

anibidiol® granules come in two different formulations which differ in the amount of hemp oil contained within.

Please note that it can take some time (up to a week) until pet owners may see an effect in the pet.

What is the recommended serving size for anibidiol® oil 500?

Mix 2-3 drops per 5 kg body weight with the daily feed.

How is anibidiol® 2.5 relax and anibidiol® 8 plus administered properly in cats?

Cats receive the same dose as dogs up to 10 kg. anibidiol® is mixed once a day with wet feed or dissolved in some water and then mixed with dry feed.

How can the dosing be optimized for anibidiol® 2.5 relax?

Please follow the subsequent instructions: 

  • anibidiol® 2.5 relax for cats and dogs up to 10 kg body weight: 
    • ½ sachet of anibidiol® 2.5 relax per day, consistent administration for 3 weeks. If no change after the third week noticeable, increase the dose to 1 sachets per day.
  • anibidiol® 2.5 relax for dogs with body weight of 10-20 kg:
    • 1 sachet of anibidiol® 2.5 relax per day, consistent administration for 3 weeks. If no change after the third week noticeable, increase the dose to 2 sachets per day.
  • anibidiol® 2.5 relax for dogs with body weight above 20 kg: 
    • 2 sachet of anibidiol® 2.5 relax per day, consistent administration for 3 weeks. If no change after the third week noticeable, increase the dose to 3 sachets per day.

  • anibidiol® 8 plus for cats and dogs up to 10 kg body weight:
    • ½ sachet of anibidiol® 8 plus per day, consistent administration for 3 weeks. If no change after the third week noticeable, increase the dose to 1 sachets per day.
  • anibidiol® 8 plus for dogs with body weight of 10-20 kg
    • 1 sachet of anibidiol® 8 plus per day, consistent administration for 3 weeks. If no change after the third week noticeable, increase the dose to 2 sachets per day.
  • anibidiol® 8 plus for dogs with body weight above 20 kg:
    • 2 sachet of anibidiol® 8 plus per day, consistent administration for 3 weeks. If no change after the third week noticeable, increase the dose to 3 sachets per day.
What if the pet accidentally misses a serving of anibidiol®?

As anibidiol® is a food supplement, there are no symptoms of withdrawal should a serving be missed. However, it is important for the pet to maintain a consistent schedule and missing a serving could interrupt the progress, so it is suggested to follow the dosing guidelines for maximum benefit

What if the pet accidentally eats more anibidiol® 2.5 relax and anibidiol® 8 plus than recommended? Can the pet overdose?

The amount of the ingredients that make up anibidiol® which would be required to be toxic are extremely high and unable to be achieved even if an entire box was consumed. Therefore, anibidiol® is nontoxic and safe for use, regardless of age. Please contact our support team if you have any concerns about the pet having adverse reactions of any kind.

Are there any allergy or dietary restrictions to using anibidiol®?

At this time, there are no allergy or dietary restrictions known for pets. Should the pet owner observe an adverse reaction, please cease giving anibidiol® and consult our support team. If you have any remaining concerns about specific ingredients you are always welcome to contact us.

Are there any side effects to anibidiol®?

At this time, there have been no side effects reported from the use of anibidiol®.

What if the pet has multiple ailments? Should the dose of anibidiol® be doubled?

We do not recommend increasing the servings of anibidiol® if your pet has multiple ailments. One must keep an eye on the total sugar to avoid hyperglycemia. This is especially relevant for pets with diabetes. Depending on their treatment scheme, the additional supplementation of anibidiol® might not be recommended even though the sugar content of anibidiol® 2.5 relax and anibidiol® 8 plus is far below the average sugar consumption. Are there any concerns regarding the sugar content if more than 1 sachet of anibidiol® is served per day?

No, there is no reason for any concern.

Each anibidiol® sachet contains 4.3 gr (17.2 kcal) of carbohydrates; which contain dextrose and glucose syrup. Pets up to 10 kg bodyweight need up to 300 kcal carbohydrates per day. Dogs with a bodyweight of 20 kg and over require as of 600 kcal carbohydrates per day. Thus, anibidiol® is well below the daily kcal guideline.
